What counts as a change?
One request, however many edits it lists. "Update the opening hours, add the new team photo and a Christmas banner" is one change. A blog post or a newsletter campaign is one change too.
When does billing start?
When you approve your first website. Monthly or yearly, by direct debit, iDEAL, MB WAY or card. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is shown for your country at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans at any time, to the end of the month. Your domain and mailboxes stay in your ownership, and you receive a static export of your website.
Who pays for bookings and shop payments?
Your customers pay you, on your own Mollie or Stripe account, at that provider's rates. We never hold your money.
Who sends the invoice?
INDRANT, UNIPESSOAL LDA, the Portuguese company behind Salto! (Saltotech). Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added or reverse-charged according to your country and business. Company details.
